Q: Do you charge for delivery?

A: We offer free delivery within a 10 mile radius of Newton Abbot, & charge only a minimal amount outside of this area, You can check the delivery cost under the "check availability" buttons, or email us for a quote.

Q: How Long Does It Take To Set Up The Equipment?
A: If hiring a bouncy castle we suggest you allow a minimum of 30 minutes for set up and a further 30 minutes to dismantle the hire. For soft play hire, an hour to set up is preferable.

Q: How long is the hire for?

A: You can order the inflatable for a few hours or you can keep it all day, the price remains the same, at the daily rate. The reason for this is because the workload for us is the same.

Our delivery times will start at 8.30am, We will then come and take the castle away after your party has finished, anytime up till 20.00. We always try our best to let you have the unit for as long as possible & to accommodate the time you request but sometimes due to the other deliveries & collections already booked in this may not be possible, so the earlier you book the better chance you have for your requested times.

Inflatable’s hired indoors have priority when it comes to delivery and collection times. This is due to strict time keeping policies that tends to come with hall hire.

Q: Is there an age limit on the castles?

A: The "Adult" castle is for Adults as well as children, all the other bouncy castles are for children only (upto 13 years)

Q: How much notice is required for booking?
A: You can book anytime however bookings can get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Q: Does the castle run off electricity?

A: Yes. We will bring a 25m extension cord with us, so you'll need an outlet near the set up area. The blower runs continuously and uses approximately 8 pence of electricity per hour.

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: All of our castles have built in shower covers so can still be used in showery conditions, but it is recommended that you stop use if the rain becomes heavy, as the castle can become slippery when wet, This can be dried with a towel If you still decide to cancel due to weather then please let us know as soon as possible preferably before 9am. You will not be charged for making the decision.

Q: Can the inflatable go indoors?

A: All of our inflatable's are suitable for indoor use in halls. Always enquire with the hall you are booking with as to the height of the ceiling.

Q: What kind of access do you need when delivering the castle?

A: - The castles are wheeled in to position using a cart, so we will need a standard size path to get the castle in to your garden or venue. If you have a lot of steps or a tight entrance way, please let us know so that we can assess the access.

Q: Do you fully install the inflatable?

A: We do everything for you. We deliver and fully install the inflatable and safety mats ready for use. We will give you written safety instructions and go through them with you. The safety instructions list all the do's & don’ts. We will collect and fully dismantle all equipment at the end of your booking.

Q: My party is tomorrow. Can i still get a rental?

A: Yes of course we can.please call for availability

Q: Do you allow facepaints on your castles

A: unfortunately we don't as facepaints stain the material
